About Us (well, me. It's only me...)
I'm Greg Rolen, Owner of Rolen Inspection, LLC. I have been an Olympia landlord for over 20 years. A lot has changed in that time, most recently the Olympia Rental Registry and its mandated rental inspections. I was as confused and concerned about it as anyone when it was enacted. I saw an opportunity and took it.
I jumped through the hoops to become credentialed as a Licensed WA Home Inspector and set out to make the process easy and as AFFORDABLE as possible. (Well, that and augment my retirement... )
