I write this review with nothing but the highest praise for Greg Rolen and his company, Rolen Inspections. As a local, Olympia landlord I found myself in need of a rental home inspection to satisfy the City's new rental registry requirement. I selected Rolen Inspections from the City-approved list of inspectors and am very glad that I did. Greg Rolen arrived armed with the City's inspection checklist -- and he adhered to it. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. His rate was eminently reasonable and his rental inspection report was honest and fair. He never strayed from his mission, nor was he ever heavy-handed. You can't go wrong with Rolen. I plan to hire him again in another five years, but not before, unless the City in its wisdom demands more frequent inspections.
